Franchisor of the Year: Service Award 2008
Hotondo Homes were awarded the Franchise Association of Australia’s “Franchisor of the Year: Service” at the FCA annual Conference in Sydney Saturday October 18, 2008.
Finalists in this Category were: Wizard Home Loans, Fernwood Women’s Health Clubs, ANZ Mobile Lending, Harvey World Travel and Mortgage Choice.
The judging criteria measured our performance in the following:
- Franchisor and franchisee relationships
- Franchise system development
- Franchisee service
- Marketing
- Leadership
- Staff and franchisee development
- Business development
 We are extremely proud to be the first building company to win this prestigious award.
We were also a finalist in the Media Campaign of the Year.
We are also very appreciative to everyone who has supported us in our steady growth and professional development.
