Jim & Julie Carroll are your local Hotondo Homes Franchise builders in the Albury-Wodonga, Thurgoona, Lavington and surrounding areas. Being Builders in the local area for many years before hand, Jim & Julie joined Hotondo Homes in May 2000, combining their local knowledge of home building in the area with a National Building Network.
Over this time their company has won many industry awards, most recently including the 2011 Hotondo Homes New South Wales Franchisee of the Year. Other awards include 2004, 2006 finalist HIA (Housing Industry Association) Victorian Small-Medium Builder, 2008 HIA Victorian Business Partner of the Year, 2009 Hotondo Homes NSW Franchisee of the Year, 2009 Chamber of Commerce Excellence in Environment & Sustainable Practices, 2006 HIA Victorian Energy Efficient Home of the year, 2008 HIA North East Victorian Display Home of the Year, as well as being HIA Finalists or Winners in several categories ever since the year 2000.
Jim & Julie are also accredited “Greensmart” Builders, ensuring that their help in designing your new home is not only cutting edge in today’s new home market, but the whole home will be also energy efficient, which in turn will minimise its carbon footprint.
In 2010 Jim was awarded Commendation for Continuing Professional Development with the Registered Building Practitioners from the whole State of Victoria.
